Server Status: Offline for Maintenance on all shards
Last Checked: July 17th, 2024, 11am BST
We will be performing maintenance on all servers to deploy a patch starting 17 July 2024 at 11:00.
This maintenance should last about 1 hour. Please note that you need to close the game and update the client once the maintenance is over.
Connection Errors:
Error Code: 107 and 106
This error might occur due to server overload. Wait a few minutes and attempt to reconnect. Players have reported experiencing it during play, but a relaunch should fix it.
“We are aware that some players are currently experiencing some issues - like Error 106 and 107, and our team is actively looking into solving those as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
Login Problems:
If you’re unable to log in, ensure that you are using the correct credentials and that the game client is updated to the latest version.
