Phasmophobia’s Banshee is one of 12 potential ghosts that you can encounter during hunts, and knowing its strengths and weaknesses can make the difference between a succesful hunter and a dead one.
Each ghost in Phasmophobia has its own behaviours and ways through which it can be identified, and the Banshee is no different.
If your EMF Reader reaches level 5, for example, you could be dealing with a Banshee. The same goes if the ghost leaves fingerprints or makes the temperature drop to freezing levels.
Phasmophobia Banshee Ghost Strengths and Weaknesses
If the signs above can also point at other ghosts, Phasmophobia’s Banshee has a set of strenghts and weaknesses of its own.
Banshees always focus on one target until they can kill that player. While this determination could count as a strength, smart players can use it to their advantage.
The ghost is also seems to be able to initiate hunts while ignoring sanity, which makes it a particularly ruthless opponent.
As far as its weaknesses go, the Crucifix has a stronger effect against Banshees, being able to stop it from initiating hunts from further away.
