Phantasy Star Online 2 is a Free-to-Play JRPG that has been available in the Asian market since 2012 but has just hit the Western stores on May 27th. For this reason many people are wondering how to refer a friend, and we look at the process below.
Referrals are quite easy to make and come with multiple rewards for both the referrer and referee, coming at various points as the new player achieves various levels in the game. These rewards can then be traded for items and skins.
Phantasy Star Online 2: How Can You Refer a Friend?
From the main menu, click on “Friend Referral System” and a popup will appear. This window will include your player ID listed as “Inviter’s Player ID” and be followed by a code. You can copy this code to clipboard and send it to a friend by whatever means you like. During their character creation, they enter the code and then it’s all done.
You can also find this code from inside the game itself by going to the personal data menu located at the bottom of your UI and select “Titles/ARKS ID” followed by “Edit ARKS ID”, then click on the bottom tab labelled “Preview”. Your Player ID is then visible under your name.
