Finding items can unlock a variety of rewards or help you progress through Remnant 2 and, while you’re in Losomn, you may want to know how you can find and use the Nightweaver Stone Doll.
Finding Remnant 2’s Nightweaver Stone Doll cannot be done prior to getting access to the asylum in Losomn, which involves a lengthy trek, especially if you want to see all that the world has to offer. Even once you’re inside, you’ll need to work a bit in order to get the item.
Remnant 2 Nightweaver Stone Doll
Remnant 2’s Nightweaver Stone Doll can be obtained by opening the locked door in the basement which blocks the way to a cell that houses a rather important prisoner.
You can talk to the person inside prior to doing so, and they’ll mention collecting three Stone-Carved Dolls, which you’ll find strewn across the asylum and its outer courtyard.
One waits in the shed outside, which triggers a bossfight when opened. Another is found in the office, with the last waiting in a room on the third floor.
To unlock the door, you’ll need to pick up the Prison Cell Key that’s also located on the third floor of the asylum. Afterwards, head back to the basement.
Offering the stone dolls to the prisoner and using the key to unlock the cell, enables you to find Remnant 2’s Nightweaver Stone Doll.
As far as using the item goes, you’ll need to get to a point in the world’s story that unlocks interacting with the cobwebbed portal found on the same level as the cell.
This can be done after you obtain the Soulkey Tribute item. Enter the portal and you’ll still find yourself in the asylum, although it will look, sound, and feel rather different.
In this version of the building, remain in the basement and inspect each open cell. You’ll soon find a strange glowing cobweb with which you can interact.
Using Remnant 2’s Nightweaver Stone Doll on it rewards you with the Dreamcatcher melee weapon. Although slower, the staff packs a punch and periodically unleashes a shockwave attack that slows foes and increase your damage.
