Ring of Elysium is now gearing up to kickstart its New Year celebrations with two dedicated events, each of which will grant players a number of rewards to choose from.
Ring of Elysium New Year Celebration and Ring of Elysium Dione Serial Murder Case are starting today, on 2nd of January, but be sure to reference the exact start-end times down below.
ROE New Year Celebration is all about rewarding regular players with a variety of randomly-awarded goodies. Running from 2nd to 9th of January, this event will allow players daily raffle participation, where they'll have the chance to choose one of the three reward cards they'll be presented with. Players can participate in up to 7 draws, and once that's done, they'll get the 'Gavin' cosmetic style.
ROE Dione Serial Murder Case is a tad less festive than the what one would expect from a New Year game event, but it's also much more interesting. The event schedule is following:
January 2nd 0:00 - January 15th 23:59, PST
January 2nd 8:00 - January 16th 7:59, GMT
For the duration of it, players are going to have to be hunting down special access codes scattered throughout the game map, and then use those on the special ROE website to gain access to special serial killer lore, which will eventually be used to hunt them down.
ROE serial killer event is going to be running for two weeks, and will have seven separate stages with different access codes spawning across Mt. Dione. Completion of 3 stages will net you 50EP, 5 will grant a unique detective portrait, while finishing all 7 will give players a special Season 2 mystery prize one the season is launched.
