The Risk of Rain 2 57 Leaf Clover is one of the game’s more powerful, legendary (red) items. In order to obtain it, you’ll have to complete 20 stages in one single run.
After doing so, the Risk of Rain 2 57 Leaf Clover will be eligible to drop while playing, just like other items do.
As for its effect, the Risk of Rain 2 57 Leaf Clover rolls all random effects +1 times per stack, “for a more favorable outcome”. With lots of bleeds and stuns, having it could take your character slightly closer to being a mostly unstoppable death machine; until that one boss knocks you into a mob of foes you didn’t see coming, anyway.
