How do you get the Sea of Thieves Purple Flame? What do you need to do in order to add it to your collection?
Getting your hands on the Purple Flame in Sea of Thieves is required if you want to complete the Fate of the Wild Shores challenges added in the game’s 2.0.19 update.
To tick it off from your list, you’ll need to have a rendezvous with death, as you can only find the flame on the Ferry of the Damned.
Sea of Thieves Purple Flame
You can only obtain the Sea of Thieves Purple Flame by dying from a poisonous attack. This can mean a snake bite, Venomball or from the Kraken’s poisonous ink.
Finding a snake and letting it kill you is the easiest approach, as you’re prone to bump into one quite easily around the game’s many islands.
Once you’ve died from poison, take the Purple Flame from the Ferry of the Damned using your lantern, then return to your ship to add it to your collection.
