Sniper Elite 5 is ready to dive into war-torn France with a nine-mission campaign and several multiplayer modes. If literally busting the balls of AI-controlled Nazis isn’t enough, you’re likely wondering if crossplay might be available at launch.
The benefits of Sniper Elite 5 launching with cross-platform support are easy to understand, especially if you’re a multiplayer enthusiast. Breaking down the barriers between consoles translates to a bigger pool of players which you can fight alongside or against, reducing wait times before hopping into matches.
Sniper Elite 5 Crossplay
Thankfully, Sniper Elite 5 is confirmed to launch with cross-platform support, so we won’t have to wait for the feature to be implemented.
“Yes, crossplay will be supported across all platforms for Sniper Elite 5. You can also toggle it on and off as you wish,” developer Rebellion writes on its support site.
To toggle the feature on or off, you need to head to the game’s options menu. It’s located on the very first tab, named Game, and should be easy enough to spot.
Sniper Elite 5 launches on May 26 and is headed to PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4. If you haven’t already, check out its system requirements to see if your PC can handle the game.
