You’ll want to start by making your way to the North Port, Alaska map. From the garage, head west for a bit until you spot the pipeline. Then, follow it as it stretches southwest.

You’ll eventually reach an area where the driveable portion of the road becomes narrow and is surrounded by a body of water.
That’s where you can spot the SnowRunner Hummer H2 location, as the vehicle waits on the right side, in the water.
Its associated mission and map marker will read “Drowned Hummer”. To make the vehicle your own, you’ll simply need to carefully back up until you’re close enough to link your vehicle by using your winch.
Pull the Hummer H2 out of the water, take it to the garage from where you set off to find its location, and that’s it.
