The Zone beckons once more, as Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl approaches and developer GSC Game World has finally shared the game’s system requirements, giving us a better sense of the PC specs we’ll need to take advantage of its graphical upgrades.
Although Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is one of several games that have made the jump to Unreal Engine 5, its minimum and recommended PC specs remain fairly accommodating to older hardware.
Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl System Requirements
A 10-series Nvidia GPU or AMD equivalent should be enough to run the game at lower settings, according to the game’s Steam page, which also lists the RTX 2070 SUPER 8GB among its recommended graphics cards.
The long-awaited sequel will, however, eat up quite a bit of storage space, taking up 150GB on your drive. As expected, the developer recommends installing the game on an SSD.
