Starfield’s expansive universe and procedurally generated landscapes raise the bar for many players looking to explore the game as soon as it launches on September 6, 2023. As one of the most eagerly awaited releases, it can be disappointing to find out that your rig doesn’t meet the minimum requirements to run the game smoothly.
Thankfully, in an era where a cloud service like GeForce Now exists, gamers can play graphically demanding games regardless of their hardware. That said, considering GeForce Now’s library growth and the exclusivity of some games, many players are wondering if the long-awaited Starfield will be available on GeForce Now.
Starfield GeForce Now Support
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, it’s unknown whether or not Starfield will be coming to GeForce Now, as Bethesda has yet to make any official announcements regarding this matter.
We know that the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch, which is unsurprising given that Bethesda’s parent company is Microsoft. Despite that, it seems like there’s still hope for those looking forward to streaming this game from Nvidia GeForce Now.
According to a recent announcement, Microsoft plans to bring PC game pass titles to GeForce Now. At the moment, it’s best to take this information with a grain of salt as there is yet to be any confirmation indicating the game will be added to the GeForce Now lineup. If it does happen, it will certainly be a major addition, given the hype surrounding players for quite a while.
While it’s disappointing that Starfield has not been confirmed for GeForce Now, Bethesda Game Studios has a history of releasing their games on multiple platforms, and we hope that they wouldn’t exclude GeForce Now from their list of supported platforms.
