Open world space action RPG Starpoint Gemini 3 is in development and scheduled to arrive later in 2019, developer Little Green Men Games announced today.
While previous entries have allowed players to check every nook and cranny of the Gemini star system, Starpoint Gemini 3 will let them explore beyond it. Two new star systems will be open to exploration, as will their many venues ranging from “pubs with shady clientele to high-tech facilities and noisy, glitzy nightclubs”.
Starpoint Gemini 3 will also introduce 3D, animated NPCs for players to interact with, alongside sequences where they control space drones and explore space structures.
The title will follow the adventures of one Captain Jonathan Bold as he roams through the Gemini star system and beyond. Players can look forward to a full-on story campaign, as well as plenty of side activities and combat encounters to partake in.
