Eugen Systems has announced that its upcoming strategy title Steel Division 2 is now available for pre-order.
Anyone who pre-orders one of the game’s four available editions will get access to the Steel Division 2 Beta scheduled to take place early next year, alongside two exclusive Aces, Camos and wallpapers. The title will also receive 10 free post-launch pieces of DLC, which will drop within one year following the game’s launch.
Unsurprisingly, Steel Division 2’s four editions come with different bonuses. The Standard Edition, priced at €39.99 includes the game, alongside other pre-order bonuses but doesn’t grant 48-hour early access to the title. The €59.99 Commander Deluxe Edition is the first to do so, although it too lacks access to the History pass, which is reserved to the final two edition tiers.
You can find a detailed breakdown of what each Steel Divison 2 edition comes with on the pre-order page on the game’s website. The title can also be pre-ordered on Gamesplanet and Humble Bundle, with Amazon and Steam pre-orders coming soon.
The self-publsihed Steel Divison 2 moves the action over to the Eastern Front during 1944’s Operation Bagration. Players will be able to control over 600 units, face each other in 10v10 mutliplayer matches and play through “Dynamic Strategic Campaigns” which promise leading “thousands of men on up-to 150x100 km maps” across “week-long campaigns”. Steel Divison 2 is set to release sometime in 2019 on PC.
