Publisher and developer Fire Hose Games has unveiled in a recent trailer its planned release window for upcoming first-person factory automation game Techtonica.
Techtonica is slated to enter Steam Early Access at some point during summer 2023, which means that it is only a few months away.
Techtonica Release Window
Whether alone or alongside up to three other players, you’ll explore a bioluminescent sub-surface alien world, uncovering its mysteries as you dig, mine, and set up increasingly complex factories.
You start small and gradually build specialized machines that help you optimize gathering and production.
As you obtain new tools, you’ll venture deeper, finding massive ore deposits and secret caves, aging artifacts, as well as recipes for enhanced automation systems.
“The focus right now for the bulk of our small studio is on performance enhancements. We’re working to lower the minimum required specs as much as we can for Techtonica ahead of launch,” the developer wrote in the Steam post dedicated to the trailer.
In addition, ultrawide support has also been confirmed for the game’s early access launch, which is great news if you happen to use one of those displays.
Techtonica’s release window trailer keeps things short and sweet, giving us a brief glimpse of gameplay before announcing its planned summer 2023 launch.
You can check it out below and try out the title via its demo, which you’ll find on its Steam page.
