The Division 2 has just had its free post-launch Year 1 Content revealed, and it's a real boon, including three major future releases, various smaller releases, and new endgame classes. There's also details on Tidal Basin.
The Division 2 Year 1 Free Content constitutes - as its name might suggest - a full year of free post-launch content that's going to add whole new layers to the already jam-packed experience that is The Division 2. Read what we know about Ubi's plans for Year 1 down below.
What is Free Year 1 Content for The Division 2?</h2>
The very first major content expansion will be making its way to The Division 2 very soon: World Tier 5 - Invasion: Battle for DC will be coming out on 5th of April. Following Invasion will be DC Outskirts: Expeditions, which is slated for a summertime launch. Afterwards, come Autumn, we'll be getting Pentagon: The Last Castle, with an as-of-yet unannounced Episode 3 coming in Winter.
Alongside these major content releases, Ubisoft will also periodically release various on-going content, including but not limited to: new gear, new weapons, new Raids, new Narratives, new cosmetics, new Bounty events, Challenges, and more.
Also important is that The Division 2 will get three more endgame Specialisations before the end of the year, and these will be introduced at no additional charge whatsoever. Excited? We sure are!
