The latest DLC for The Surge is out next month, with a release date of October 2. We've had a teaser trailer and now we have the first screenshots. Check out The Surge DLC screenshots below.
They show the main player character Warren in his Western gunslinger gear, various enemies with a Western theme, including what looks like a Mariachi Gunslinger Grim Reaper and a Ghost Train. You can view them all below by clicking on the thumbnails.
The Good, The Bad & The Augmented DLC sees players going up the Wild West-themed creations of Dr. Rischboter in his testing chambers. The description makes it sound like this DLC may be stage-based rather than the Dark Souls-like expanding open world of the main game or the excellent Walk In The Park DLC expansion.
From the press release:
"Fight through the mad doctor’s training rooms and try modifying them yourself for increased rewards by combining up to 4 of the 16 insane modifiers available. At the end of each stage, fight against distinct Challengers, powerful opponents forged from the training scenarios who are equipped with 30 unique new equipment pieces – armors, weapons, and implants - that you can take for yourself!"
The DLC will be out on October 2nd. The Surge 2, on the other hand, will be out next year.
