Total War: Warhammer 3 is the Chaos-filled conclusion to Sega and Creative Assembly’s popular grand strategy trilogy, and fans of its massive fantasy battles are likely wondering about whether or not the game is coming to Xbox Game Pass or its PC counterpart in 2022.
Total War: Warhammer 3 promises a hefty serving of content at launch, with seven playable factions, four of which let players take control of the forces of the four Chaos Gods.
It will also, at some point, grow the size of the already monstrous Mortal Empires map, aside from providing more reasons to give its multiplayer a shot with its refreshed faction roster. Here’s what you need to know about it coming to Xbox Game Pass.
Total War: Warhammer 3 Xbox Game Pass
Marking a first for the series, Total War: Warhammer 3 will arrive on Xbox Game Pass for PC on February 17, 2022, when its release date is set to occur. This means that active subscribers can download it right away and get a taste of its reworked siege battles.
Whether or not Total War: Warhammer 3’s availability on Microsoft’s subscription service will pave the way for other games in Creative Assembly’s portfolio to also join its roster remains to be seen. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that it won’t be the only one.
Since the title will not be available on consoles, it will, naturally, not make its way to the console version of Xbox Game Pass.
Sega and Creative Assembly have also revealed that Total War: Warhammer 3’s early adopter bonus will be the Ogre Kingdoms Race Pack, which you can grab for free by either pre-purchasing the game or buying it during its launch week.
