When does Vampire Survivors: Operation Guns Release?
Vampire Survivors: Operation Guns is set to release on May 9, 2024, on PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile. The DLC will be available to purchase upon release and come to PS5 and PS4 in Summer 2024 when the full game releases on Sony’s platforms.
Operation Guns was revealed at the Triple-I Initiative Showcase on April 10, 2024, with an action-packed trailer teasing the new characters and weapons.
Described by Poncle as a DLC that “embraces the visceral simplicity of classic Contra” the DLC will focus on characters that encourage min-maxing and stat manipulation to ensure survival, as mentioned above.
This will allow for a much greater difficulty curve that stays true to what everyone loves about Vampire Survivors, but mixes in the nail-biting arcade gameplay the series is known for.
The DLC will also have 20 weapons to choose from to take down your enemies and ensure survival.
