Publisher and developer Rebellion today provided an update on Zombie Army 4: Dead War’s upcoming Season 2, confirming that it’s set to release later in 2020
Alongside Season 2’s release window, the developer also revealed that Zombie Army 4 will also be getting a third season, although that won’t happen until 2021.
Both of Zombie Army 4’s upcoming seasons are set to introduce “new campaign missions, character skins, weapons and more”. Free content won’t be going anywhere, either.
Zombie Army 4: Dead War Season 2 Confirmed for 2020
Although the Zombie Army 4 Season 2 release window announcement didn’t delve into specifics just yet, we did get a few glimpses of some of its new locations.
You’ll find them highlighted in both the screenshots above and in the full developer update video at the bottom of this article.
Rebellion CEO & Co-founder Jason Kingsley also shared a set of fun numbers, pointing out that Zombie Army 4 players have killed 2 billion undead alongside 50 million Hitler clones since the game launched. That’s a lot of dead Hitlers.
The game’s first season provided a steady stream of content, including a new, three-mission campaign. When we reviewed it, we found there was “a ton of fun to be had” with Zombie Army 4.
