We played an hour of Tyranny - Bastard’s Wound from Obsidian!
Divinity: Original Sin 2 is the sequel to Larian’s epic 2014 RPG that we called “an excellent, beautifully designed and engaging RPG that absolutely never gets boring”. The very idea that they’ve made another one that might somehow be better than the first, or has removed the few flaws Original Sin had, gets us moist with excitement indeed. Boasting the same clever, deep tactical turn-based combat based around the elements as the first game, along with a world even more ripe for exploration that you can make your way through however you choose.
You can interact with or kill anything, even animals and ghosts. Every person treats you differently based on race, whether it be Human, Lizard, Elf, Dwarf, or even Undead which we’re totally considering choosing. There’s even up to four-player co-op! We might have to try that on a later stream! For now we’ll be getting into as much mischief in Rivellon as the opening hour affords us. Hopefully we won’t get carried away or anything…
