World of Warplanes Latest Updates
World of Warplanes Update 1.7 includes eight new German attack planes, two new maps
Wargaming has updated World of Warplanes with eight new attack planes for Germany like the Junkers Ju 87, or the experimental Messerschmitt Me P.1102 B. It's a real tech tree expansion alright. Pilots also get two new maps: Observatory and Province, offering a Scandinavian mountain resort and a Toscana-inspired countryside respectively. There's also the new Flight Member Auto-Search.
World of Tanks and The Banner Saga "filtered out" by Paradox Interactive, "not always our money to make"
If you ask whether Paradox Interactive would have liked to have published MMO World of Tanks and surprise hit The Banner Saga, then surely they'd jump at the chance? Not so, reveals VP of acquisition, Shams Jorjani. Paradox actually had the opportunity to sign them but didn't "due to them not matching our pillars," they explained. CEO Fred Wester adds they "weren't sure about the business model" for World of Tanks.

No, I'm not really sure about how festive that is either. Though to be fair, developer Wargaming.net has also added a new “Snowball” game mode on a dedicated Lapland map, and 26 dedicated missions for the holiday season.
World of Warplanes adds extended map and batch of new planes
World of Warplanes has received its latest Update 1.6, adding new aircraft, user interface and technical improvements and an extension to the ‘El Halluf’ battle arena. Developer Wargaming has added the new MiG class of Russian fighters, "starting at Tier V with the early, still Yak-inspired MiG-3, and going all the way through to Tier X with the high-flying MiG-15bis."
World of Warplanes 1.4 update released, brings new maps and fixes
Wargaming has released the latest update for its online aerial combat game, World of Warplanes. Update 1.4 brings two new maps, as well as various new features and improvements.
