Resident Evil 4 Remake looks primed to continue Capcom’s string of excellent reimaginings in its storied survival horror franchise, boasting greatly improved visuals over its original version. With Resident Evil 4 Remake set to launch towards the end of March, its PC specs have now been unveiled. If you don’t plan on taking advantage of ray tracing, it looks like you’ll be able to get away with some fairly old hardware.
Resident Evil 4 Remake System Requirements
In that context, the developer recommends an AMD Radeon RX 5700 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 in terms of GPU, so you won’t need the latest models from either manufacturer to aid Leon against the Ganados.
If you do want to give ray tracing a go, you’ll want to make sure that you have at least an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060, with the mention that your frame rate will very likely not be the smoothest.

The storage size requirements are conspicuously missing, but we hopefully won’t have to deal with a behemoth of a game while looking for a dose of nostalgia.
