Space Rome wasn't build in a day, but it almost could be with this mod. This one allows for a few new build speed options when you start the game. You can opt for buildings to take half the usual time to build or even bump it down to one turn to build anything. This will quicken the pace immensely as you rapidly build up your utopia.
