Silverlode Interactive is currently developing Saga for the PC, which is the worlds first collectible MMMORTS game. In Saga players will be able to collect armies, spells and weapons for use in massive online battles against other foes and rivals.
You could say that Saga is actually an online game that is similar to Warhammer, a tabletop fantasy game were you collect miniatures and use them to battle it out with other armies, although Saga won’t have the annoying sales men and shouldn’t cost as much.
It’s free to play, but you’ll have the option of purchasing booster packs which contain a special code on them that you must enter into your account when you login to play. You’ll then be able to purchase up to ten spells, creatures or weapons of your choice for around $3.
We’ve been given the chance to allow you priority access into the beta test that is currently underway. All you’ve got to do is follow this URL to sign-up to the beta test and fill out the various questions that are presented to you.
