At least it definitely will be in Japan after the earthquakes - it’s unclear if other regions will be following suit. A new date will be announced later by Capcom.
The official date is March 15th for the PS3 DLC to be released. It adds Capcom’s Jill and Marvel’s Shuma-Gorath. The official Japanese website for the game made the announcement. There have been no updates to the official MvC3 twitter feed yet.
