In the update they discuss a new healer bloodline, saving replays if you’ve the ‘Replay pass’, all bloodlines in singleplayer, the season finale and balance tweaks.
Also if you’ve been hoarding ‘Tournament Tokens’ then they’ll all be converted into ‘Blood Coins’ at a ratio of 1 Bronze Token to 1 Blood Coin, 1 Gold Token to 2 Blood Coins and 1 Diamond Token to 3 Blood Coins. There’ll be new season 2 items soon as well in the shop.
