OG International has announced that it has gained the PAL publishing rights to Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion XL, a fighting game which can best be described as Super Smash Bros. Melee with Cartoon Network characters. The game will be released in Europe on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in April 2012.
