Microsoft has begun awarding Live Achievements for some of their classic freeware like Minesweeper, Mahjong and Solitaire, as the Xbox Windows program has begun.
Xbox 360 Achievements has uncovered three games that will offer 50 Achievements each. The games are not Games for Windows Live, but labeled “Xbox Windows”.
For example, the three Achievements for Solitaire include
* Well Played (10): Win your first game of Solitaire

First One’s Free (10): Flip over your first card

Jack of All Trades (20): Play at least 1 game of Klondike, FreeCell, Spider, TriPeaks, and Pyramid
Xbox Live and the Microsoft Store have been confirmed to be integrated into Windows 8, will will be launched in October.
