The boogying Just Dance 3 from Ubisoft has been selling like hotcakes since releasing last year in October for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It’s kept itself high in the charts since launch.
The franchise has now surpassed 25 million copies. Ubisoft’s own figures show they took 64 percent of the dance genre market in EMEA last year. We can’t resist the beat it seems.
”The Just Dance franchise continues to be first choice for customers around the world looking for games that let them dance and get the party started in their living rooms.”
“Our diverse dance game offerings ensure that everyone can find an accessible and enjoyable title regardless of platform, and that we have a broad base upon which to bring new ideas and titles in the years to come,” said Ubisoft. Recently they released Just Dance in Japan and Korea, which has sold over half a million in the two countries.
