The HD remake of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater will finally be hitting PlayStation Network on the 28th August. The game had already been released on Xbox Live Arcade since the 18th July.
According to Robomodo president Josh Tsui, there was no exclusivity agreement with Microsoft, it was just that the PSN version took more time to develop.
”If there was a ‘Make PS3’ button, we would’ve been tempted to hit that a long time ago. But we wanted to take the time to fix a few things and make sure that the PS3 experience is everything it can be,” he apologized.
The Xbox Live Arcade version of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD failed to impress Strategy Informer, however, earning a mere 5.0/10 score in its review which can be read here.
