Developer Robomodo has announced that the Xbox Live Arcade launch of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD has been successful, moving over 120K units after a week since its launch.
If that weren’t enough, developer Josh Tsui notes that sales have not been tapered - rather, they have been steady. This is due, according to the dev, to the ease of giving the game a trial and purchasing it from within the game.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD will be released on PC and PlayStation Network later this year, and Robomodo is excited to find out how well the game sells on PC. ”It should be interesting to see the sales on PC – we’ve been surprised how many people are asking for that,” Tsui gushed.
