United Front is working on the Xbox One version while Nixxes is working on the PlayStation 4 version, and are working on bringing the games closer to the PC version.
According to Nixxes, the PlayStation 4 version will have the controller light bare glow red and orange when Lara lights a torch, and it will flash with gunshots when firing a weapon. On the other hand, the Xbox One version will have Kinect 2.0 functionality, letting the player change weapons and attachments, and navigate menus, with their voice, while using hand gestures to rotate and inspect relics, or lean into the world to find viewpoints.
Both versions will also utilize the latest tech in giving, for example, Lara more realistic hair.
It is unknown whether the PC will get the Definitive Edition; if it includes premium DLC content, there’s a good chance it will. The next-gen versions will arrive on the 28th January 2014.
