Online tank combat game Armored Warfare, a rare foray into another genre from RPG specialists Obsidian Entertainment, has now entered open Beta. You can head over to the official website to download it.
From now on no progress will be wiped, so you can jump in and start unlocking stuff without fear of losing it all when the game is updated to version 1.0. There’s over 60 tanks, artillery units and combat vehicles to try out, as well as nine PVP maps and 25 PVE maps - should be enough there to keep you blasting away for a while.
”Armored Warfare heading into Open Beta is an incredibly exciting time for the team here at Obsidian,” says CEO Feargus Urquhart. ”After several years of development, and months of Early Access Testing, we are looking forward to showing off everything we’ve created. We want to thank you, our fans and the community, for all their support, input and all the great feedback we’ve already received.”
