The Electronics Sports League (ESL) has announced that the first Blade & Soul tournament with North American and European contestants will be held on the 7th February; the tournament is called the Blade & Soul 1on1 Community Cup #1. Anyone with a 15th level character or higher can participate.
The 1 vs. 1 matches ”will be a single-elimination cup, with best of 3 games, where each spar match corresponds to 1 game. Everyone with level 15 or above can participate on the cup,” described the press release. ”The game uses a cross-server system, so anyone from any server can participate (on the cup corresponding to their region). You will need to register your ingame character name on your ESL Account.”
North American gamers can register their ingame character name with the ESL here, while European contestants can register here. The tournament is cross-server, so there’s no need to define which server your character belongs to.
Blade & Soul launched less than 2 weeks ago. In that time, it amassed over one million players.
