With tonnes of new video details dropping in one day, the time for Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is close at hand.
For a game that was seemingly leaked well over a year ago now, it wasn't until the start of December when Gearbox brought official confirmation of a Bulletstorm remaster. But now, we have a story trailer, 14 minutes of 4K footage and video evidence of Duke Nukem's surprise return.
For those who didn't pick up one of the most under-rated experimental FPS titles of the last generation, the new 2-minute long story trailer will gladly ease you into Stygia - a planet once treated as a getaway resort that's now teeming with mutated monstrosities. Grayson Hunt, the leader of a band of foul-mouthed mercenaries, head on in to stop his mistakes from making things worse.
For those already well-accustomed to the title that put People Can Fly on the map ready for them to tackle Gears of War: Judgement, IGN recently posted 14 minutes of early gameplay footage showcasing the game's new-found graphical fidelity in 4K 60fps. As noted in the comments, the person recording the footage doesn't do its creative kills mechanic much justice, but it's a fine example of how the reworked shooter looks at its best.
With only around a month to go until its April 7 release date, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition isn't the sequel people are looking for, but it's the title's last opportunity to get one.
