In less than a week players of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be given the gift of two new content updates just a single day apart from each other.
One free. The other part of the regularly scheduled paid DLC. Regardless of how a particular player spends there time within the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 world, there's going to be something extra to do once Febraury 27 rolls around.
For those going the route of 'free is best', Monday will see the release of Zangya & Bido costumes, 2 new expert missions involving Broly and Janemba respectively, 5 all-new attacks and a new set of rules for the Tenkaichi Tournament. Character Tenkaichi puts the same character against each other, while Group Tenkaichi limits players to fighters within a certain character group. In terms of clothing, there's a new Tenkaichi Tournament jersey to show off your resolve.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Master Pack - Frieza Returns alongside Frost and Cabbe
Arriving one day later comes even more goods for those holding onto a Season Pass or just ready and willing to shell out a little extra cash for something extra. DLC Pack 2 brings a single new Universe 6 Saga chapter, Champa and Vados as playable characters, U6 vs U7 tournament stage, 8 more attacks, 3 costumes, Super Souls and emotes, and, best of all, the Saiyan Space pod as a usable vehicle.
Originally releasing back in October last year, Dragon Ball Xenoverse has received multiple similar updates over its few months on sale. Some being free while others being paid ventures, there's always new character events being pushed in between content updates. You may have just missed a sale, but it's likely still worth the asking price of the general Dragon Ball fan.
