Update v1.07 for Two Point Hospital is already live at the moment of writing, and upon downloading the renewed files, players can expect a new, creepier version of the classic Two Point Hospital soundtrack, some new lines for the DJ, and a night-time intervention for some of the game's levels.
Similarly, expect to see lots of pumpkins strewn about at the reception and the like, an occasional flutter of bats swooping by, and an epidemic of Frightheadedness! Lots of cool stuff to have fun with, all in all.
