Blood Bowl 3 is a turn-based strategy game that features a unique blend of American football and fantasy elements, with players controlling teams of various races competing against each other in brutal matches. Despite being available on multiple platforms, Blood Bowl 3 does not support crossplay, meaning that players on different platforms cannot play with each other.
Prior to launch, Cyanide Studio, the developers of Blood Bowl 3, announced that they are actively working on implementing crossplay support, but it has not yet been confirmed. “We are still working on that. It’s what we want but it’s not confirmed yet.” said the developer, in response to a fan question on Twitter.
Blood Bowl 3 Crossplay Support - When Will It Be Ready?
Crossplay has become an increasingly accessible feature, enabling players across multiple platforms to join each other’s multiplayer matches, regardless of the platform each player owns.
Since its initial mention in December, Cyanide hasn’t provided any further updates on Crossplay support. However, the developer seems to be prioritising the management of server issues and ensuring a smooth experience for all players after launch. As a result, it may be some time before we receive any updates on Crossplay.
- Crossplay Support: Currently not available at launch, but it is planned.
We encourage you to keep checking back for updates, as we’ll keep you informed of any progress made. If Blood Bowl 3 does receive Crossplay support soon or if Cyanide releases any further updates on their plans, you’ll be able to find them on this page.
Blood Bowl 3 is now available on PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and the Nintendo Switch.
