Atlus is set to make a “special announcement” regarding Catherine: Full Body on January 10, at 10 PM ET, Gematsu reports.
“Urgent Notice: On January 11 (Friday) at 12:00 (noon), we will make an announcement we have been saving regarding Catherine: Full Body on this account (@stud_zero). Please look forward to it.”, the company said in a tweet translated by the outlet.
While Catherine: Full Body is coming out on February 14 in Japan, on PS4 and PS Vita, no specific date was given for the western release. The announcement may be tied to that.
Furthermore, the PC version of Catherine: Full Body was rated by the ESRB, while SEGA is looking to have teased it on Bayonetta’s Steam page. At first glance, a silly photo of a sheep might not be as telling, but sheep do appear quite often in Catherine.
Catherine: Full Body is a remake of Atlus’ 2011 puzzle platformer. It will feature the original game’s content but also add add a third love interest, new “sexy events”, swimsuit costumes, Persona 5 crossover content, as well as new patrons to talk to at the Stray Sheep bar.
