Level Infinite and Electronic Arts announced this morning that pre-registration for Command and Conquer: Legions, their upcoming mobile strategy game based on the popular RTS franchise, will soon be available on the App Store and Google Play.
Command & Conquer: Legions is set to launch later this year, and its debut season will be themed around Red Alert.
As various pre-registration milestones are reached, players can unlock a range of reward items, including Silver Chips, Golden Chips, the distinctive “Victory Star” frame, and the “Soviets Construction Yard” base skin.
We’re still holding out hope for a Red Alert 2 Remaster.
Here’s an overview sent to us by EA:

Players will lead their chosen faction, recruit legendary Red Alert heroes, build unstoppable armies, and engage in a strategic campaign to thwart Yuri’s nefarious plans. Players can look forward to more stories from the iconic C&C universe in future seasons.

You can find out more on the official website. Command & Conquer: Legions will be released later this year on iOS and Android devices.
In other news, we’re still looking to find out why the official C&C YouTube Channel was shut down, although we’ve yet to hear back from EA, but we hope to hear more soon. It may be making way for the launch of Command & Conquer: Legions.
