What is the Cyberpunk 2077 level cap? What is the max level that V can reach before they stop getting XP from quests and other activities?
Being an RPG, Cyberpunk 2077 comes with its own leveling system that sees protagonist V improve as they complete quests and perform different actions before inevitably hitting a level cap.
Knowing the Cyberpunk 2077 max level helps quite a lot with planning your build ahead of time, as some of the perks you can unlock require a heavy investment before becoming available.
Cyberpunk 2077 Level Cap
At launch, the Cyberpunk 2077 level cap is 50. This means that when you reach that point, you’ll no longer earn experience from sources that previously provided it.
Reaching max level in Cyberpunk 2077 will take a while, but if you stick to the main quests while also picking up the optional ones you encounter during your journey through Night City and the Badlands, you’ll get there faster than by simply beelining through the story.
Also, keep in mind that once you do hit the level cap, your build isn’t locked in for the remainder of the playthrough, as you do have the possibility to respec.
