Diablo 3’s Season 24 is the next step on the game’s post launch journey, making its start and end dates important details for players who like to plan ahead. A new season brings with it a fresh theme that shakes up the ARPG’s gameplay alongside various rewards for players to pursue as they level up new characters and complete various endgame challenges.
The Diablo 3 Season 24 start and end dates remain tricky to pinpoint prior to an official announcement from Blizzard. The game’s seasons vary in length quite a bit – ranging between 70 and 136 days – and usually have a two-week break between them, outside of special circumstances.
Diablo 3 Seasons usually begin on Fridays, end on Sundays, and are separated by a gap of almost two weeks. It’s worth noting that, in the past, there have been exceptions to this rule. Looking at the two most recent seasons, they ran for a total of 128 days, making them some of the longest in the game’s history.
Season 23 will officially conclude on July 18. Blizzard has also confirmed that Diablo 3’s Season 24 start date is now slated for July 23.
The Diablo 3 Season 24 end date was then expected to happen at some point between early October and early December. Blizzard has now confirmed that it will occur during the first week of December.
- Diablo 3 Season 24 end date: December 5 (5 PM PDT - North America; 5 PM CEST - Europe; 5 PM KST - Asia)
Season 24 and Update 2.7.1 landed on the PTR on June 17 for two weeks’ worth of testing, during which players could get an early preview of what’s coming next to the hack and slash RPG. It is slated to hit live servers on July 20, a few days before the season proper.
