Diablo 4 Season 6 release date brings with it a slate of new reasons to return to Sanctuary and slay monstrous foes while trying out new builds and chasing down increasingly more powerful loot.
D4’s Season 6 start and end dates are likely to mark the first set of seasonal adventures we embark upon following the launch of the Vessel of Hatred expansion which, if everything goes according to plan, should arrive in the latter part of 2024.
Diablo 4 Season 6 Release Date
Blizzard aims to release major updates quarterly and, although Diablo 4’s fourth season did suffer a delay, this helps us estimate when new ones might kick off even in the absence of an official announcement.
Usually, there is no break between new and old iterations, which allows us to estimate what Diablo 4’s Season 6 start and end dates might be. If things move on at the same pace as in the past, we currently expect it to begin at some point in early November 2024.

The developer has yet to address whether or not Vessel of Hatred’s October 2024 launch might impact seasonal content. The title’s first season wasn’t available right when D4 was released, so the same pattern might repeat here.
Then, D4’s Season 6 end date should occur at some point in February 2025. Nevertheless, even if plans do change, we expect that we’ll have plenty to keep us busy throughout the holidays.
Content-wise, no details have been shared so far, but we expect this will inevitably change as we get closer to the end of the year.
