Lumps of clay represent one of Enshrouded’s many types of collectible materials. If you want to craft several items available at NPCs around your camp, including the Carpenter’s Kiln, you’ll inevitably want to track them down.
You won’t find too many lumps of clays while exploring Enshrouded’s first biome, but will discover them as you start to move northwards towards the Revelwood.
How to Get Enshrouded Lumps of Clay
One location that allows you to get lumps of clay in Enshrouded can be found northeast of the Mistbury Catacombs, as indicated in the screenshots above.
It’s roughly located around the area through which you head when attempting to recover the Carpenter’s table saw and complete the Hunter’s A Test of Skill quest.
Much like flintstone, you’ll find the material on the side of hills and can spot it thanks to its light brown color.
To get lumps of clay in Enshrouded, you simply need to mine it using your pickaxe. Any stamina upgrades help you do so quicker. As with all items and resources, you’ll need a free backpack slot to store it.
There are likely other locations where you can mine it, but the one highlighted above can be accessed relatively early if you’re careful.
In addition, it also doesn’t require traversing deadly fog and strengthening your flame, although the latter is something you’ll eventually want to do.
