Ghost of Tsushima is now available on PC and there are plenty of mods coming out that can be used as cheats, using them to grant Infinite Health, Defense Multipliers, easy kills, and edit what supplies you have.
You may use a new game plus mode to continue playing and stack stats once you’ve completed it or rush to the end using someone else’s save file, giving you access to all of Ghost of Tsushima’s equipment and skills. A useful cheat, you might agree?
Ghost of Tsushima doesn’t have traditional cheats or console commands, so mods are the next best thing to try out, as cheats are often absent from most games these days.
The Best Ghost of Tsushima Cheat Mods
Here’s our list of the best Ghost of Tsushima Cheats and what mods you can download to use them.
Ghost of Tsushima Mod Engine
The Mod Engine for Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut includes some of the most essential mods, and you will need any version of Mod Engine for it to work. This is probably the best one to use for cheats as it allows you to change the following options:
- Infinite Health
- Edit Max Health
- Damage Multiplier
- Defense Multiplier
- Easy Kills
- Infinite Resolve Heals
- Ghost Mode
- Infinite Ghost Stance Meter
- Edit Flowers
- Edit Supplies
You can download it from Nexus Mods. It was created by the ModEngine team. You will need to register an account for this, which is a bit of a hurdle, but it does allow you to use the cheats.
Save File - 100% Complete - All Equipment and Skills unlocked
This simple mod requires you to download a save file and place it into your Ghost of Tsushima directory. This will grant you access to everything: all equipment and skills, and pretty much land you at the end of the game.
You can download it from Nexus Mods. Alternative Version.
4GB Graphics Cards Fast FPS
If you’re not getting good frame rates on most of the 4GB graphics cards on the market, such as the GTX 1650, RX 570, or Radeon RX 6500, then this mod should help you achieve much better FPS. You may even get a steady 50FPS with this config change.

Anti-Stutter - High CPU Priority - Ghost of Tsushima
This mod tweak can improve performance on weaker CPUs and help reduce stuttering on all CPUs. It’s a simple registry edit that allows the CPU to take priority for the Ghost of Tsushima Executable. If you’re having trouble with frame rates, this could help.

Field of View Modifier
Justice21 has created a CheatEngine table that allows you to modify the Field of View in the game, allowing you to adjust it slightly further than the vanilla settings. Simply change the value from anywhere between 1.30 and 1.XX. Originally, on release, Ghost of Tsushima would allow you to set the FOV to 25.
