Sony’s Santa Monica Studio has revealed the system requirements for God of War’s upcoming port alongside a series of PC features it will have at launch. The title was at the top of our list of PlayStation exclusives that should come to PC, and the good news is that older hardware will be able to run it, as long as you’re not aiming for the 4K dream.
God of War will be one of the games contributing to 2022’s strong start, arriving in early January, and it is confirmed to feature support for Nvidia DLSS, which should provide an additional performance boost where needed.
Other PC features available at launch include higher resolution shadows, improved screen space reflections, and Nvidia Reflex support, the latter of which should make overall gameplay feel more responsive.
God of War’s PC version will also release with support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, as well as enhanced ground truth ambient occlusion, and screen space directional occlusion.
