Arma Reforger Crossplay Support
Those looking into experiencing authentic Cold War combat in Arma Reforger with friends are in for a treat. Although the game has just recently left early access, the crossplay feature between PC and Xbox Series X/S is present.
Initially, the crossplay feature wasn’t possible during the game’s launch. However, it was later added in the 0.9.5.109 patch during early access, which also introduced server browser and a plethora of bug fixes.
Having the crossplay feature is already great, but Bohemia Interactive decided to walk an extra mile and gave players cross-compatible mods, allowing Xbox players to enjoy modded content with those playing on PC. In the game, you can download all kinds of modded content from the Workshop.
This is essentially the game’s content creation-sharing repository. Be it as simple as a laser pointer, modded weapon skin, or even zombies, there is countless modded content you can download to elevate your multiplayer experience.
Between PC and console, it’s expected to see some differences in performance and controls. If you’re not used to aiming using a controller on Xbox, fortunately, the game seems to support mouse and keyboard as well.
