Survival RPG Medieval Dynasty could be getting a co-op mode at some point in the future, after repeated requests from fans.
Freshly released in Steam Early Access, Medieval Dynasty has made a bit of a splash with its singleplayer take on the ruthless Middle Ages, quite a few of its players asking for a co-op mode that allows them to tackle the era’s challenges alongside friends.
“For this version a multiplayer is not planned, BUT we’re considering the option for a later iteration. No promises, although!” developer SwordsOfTheSouth said in a Steam post.
Medieval Dynasty Co-Op Mode
The wording of the post is a bit vague but, from what we can tell, it sounds like a Medieval Dynasty co-op mode will only come much later in the game’s Early Access journey or even after its full launch.
What’s certain is that players will have to wait before they can build villages, hunt bears and grow dynasties together.
We’ve reached out to publisher Toplitz Productions to clarify when a Medieval Dynasty co-op mode might realistically launch.
In the meantime, you can follow the survival RPG on Steam, where it’s also discounted by 20% until September 24.
