The Overwatch Summer Games 2020 Event returns this year with new beach-themed skins for players to pursue.
Although Blizzard has yet to reveal the full details, we do know that the Overwatch Summer Games 2020 event’s start date is set for later today, August 4, its end date occurring three weeks from now, on August 25.
Overwatch Summer Games 2020 Event
In past years, the Overwatch Summer Games 2020 event brought with it the special Summer Games loot boxes that included both current and past events’ rewards.
Additionally, the Lucioball mode and its futuristic spin on soccer were also made available as a limited-time mode, while weekly challenges let players target specific cosmetic rewards.
Currently, the only details we have about the Overwatch Summer Games 2020 event, aside from its start and end date, reveal two new skins – Lifeguard Pharan and Surf’s Up Echo – that you can check out in the tweets embedded below.
