Satisfactory is an open-world, first-person building game where the player assembles the factory of their dreams and explores a bizarre planet while fighting off its wild alien fauna. Travel the world in a choice of vehicles and automate your factory pipelines so you can sit back in your corner office with a steaming coffee.
The game is currently an Epic Exclusive, with the Steam release date repeatedly changing. Today, Coffee Stain Studios released a Tweet stating “Satisfactory will drop on Steam today at 5pm GMT! HOYPE”. That’s 6pm BST, 10am PST, 1pm EST for those of us in different timezones. This brings forward the expected launch on Steam by one day to June 8th, 2020.
What Times Does Satisfactory Release on Steam?
The game is playable solo or in co-op with friends and Epic Games crossplay with Steam users has been confirmed. Satisfactory has already developed quite a fan following, but bear in mind that is is releasing in an Early Access state so there’s still considerable work to do and not all features are implemented yet.
The game is available on Epic Games with a default price of £26.99 and will be coming to Steam for what we can assume will be the same. That said, it is currently on sale with Epic at a 10% discount.
